Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a factory and welcome to visit us at any time. It takes 1 hour if from Wenzhou Airport, and takes about 30 minutes if from Wenzhou train station. We can pick you up if inform us in advance.
Are your products safe for kids?
Yes, we use food grade environmental materials imported in USA and we passed Test of EN71-1,-2,-3.
What's your payment term?
T/T, L/C, Western Union are available. Usually, pre-paid 30% deposit then pay the balance before delivery. You can make Trade Assurance order on Alibaba which can 100% protect quality, shipment and payment.
Which port do you export?
Ningbo port is recommended strongly as it is closest to us, but other port such as Shanghai is also available.
What's your delivery time?
It depends on your order quantity and products. But normally, our production time is 10 to 15 working days after deposit.
May I know the production state of my order?
Yes. We will send you information and photos at different production stage of your order in time if you need.
